The People vs. Fritz Bauer

The year is the late 1950s. Now that Germany is doing so well economically, it is growing increasingly uninterested in acknowledging its dark recent history. The Third Reich is still being held accountable by Fritz Bauer, though. Bauer receives a letter from Argentina, sent by a man who is convinced that his daughter is dating Adolph Eichmann's son, and he wants to know more about it. A potential lead and a distrustful legal system in which Nazis are still lurking make Bauer set out for Jerusalem in order to seek an alliance with Mossad, the Israeli secret service. To do so is treason, yet it is the only way that Bauer can serve his nation.
