The Philadelphia Experiment

A secret government research study attempts reviving the World War II"Philadelphia Experiment," which was an attempt to develop a cloaking device to leave warships imperceptible. After the test succeeds, it brings back the initial ship (that the Eldridge) that disappeared during the first evaluation in 1943 - that brings destruction and death to the 21st century. It's up to this survivor of the first experimentation along with his grand daughter.
