The Police Are Blundering in the Dark
An Italian reporter named Giorgio D'Amato agrees to meet his friend Enrichetta at Edmondo Parisi's villa. When he gets there, the model has been killed with a pair of scissors. Her presence at the villa was asked for by the paralyzed and neurotic Parisi, who had come up with a way to take pictures of his thoughts. Among the other guests are Parisi's wife, Eleonora, who is gay; Alberto the butler, who is always there; and Lucia, the unrestrained housekeeper. There doesn't seem to be anyone else who is normal. Sara, Edmondo's niece, asks D'Amato to help find the killer. Soon, the mysterious hand will strike again. This time, Lucia will be the one to be hit by it, too.
