The Proposition

Set in the Australian outback from the 1880s, the movie follows the series of events following the Hopkins family's rape and murder , allegedly committed by the burns up brothers that are infamous gang. Captain Morris Stanley gives him 9 days to kill his own brother and catches Charlie burns up, or they'll hang his mentally dumb brother on Christmas Day.
