The Raging Tide
Bruno Felkin, a rival gangster in San Francisco, is responsible for the murder of a rival gangster. Felkin then tries to cover his tracks by reporting the murder to Homicide Lieutenant Kelsey, but his plan is unsuccessful. He gets away by disguising himself as a fisherman and sneaking onto a boat. In the middle of the ocean, the skipper Hamil Linder treats Bruno with kindness and teaches him how to fish. Meanwhile, Bruno convinces Hamil's wayward son Carl to take care of his gambling machines. After that, Carl develops feelings for Bruno's girlfriend, Connie. Climax amid a storm at sea.
