The Sound of the Spirit

Rivka is a twelve-year-old Jewish girl who is beautiful and clever. She believes in Jesus. She and her father go to a Messianic Jewish group in their town. But when her father dies, Rivka's life changes for good. She ends up living with her traditional Jewish family and going to their synagogue. Rivka's relationship with her uncle isn't always smooth. She meets the senior rabbi of the synagogue, and the cutest boy in the synagogue starts to pay attention to her. These life lessons make Rivka think about her faith in a whole new way. 'The Sound of the Spirit' is a story that has never been told before. It's about a young girl who gets caught in the middle of strong feelings between two faith groups. It's told with humor, kindness, and grace.
