The Super

Joe Pesci stars as Louie Kritski, a landlord who was in keeping up his ghetto apartment negligent he is threatened with jail time. The judge gives a second option, which he accepts to him -- he must reside in his rat-infested hell hole until he brings it upto liveable standards. The judge gives him 120 days, when time Louie meets lots of his tenants, for example drug trader Marlon (Ruben Blades). As time passes, Louie finds that the results of their greediness and develops more dominating. Unfortunately, Louie's father, Big Lou Kritski (Vincent Gardenia), is the real owner of this property, and he frees his son's entreaties to spend money to tidy the place.
