Favoring pedigree dogs, a brand new regulation puts a severe tax on mixed strains. Owners ditch their dogs and shelters become overcrowded. Lili fights desperately to protect her Hagen, but her daddy sets canine free on the roads. Hagen and his master search that is pretty urgently for each other before Lili loses faith. Struggling to survive, homeless Hagen comprehends that not every one is your dog's best friend. Hagen joins a bunch of dogs, but is caught and shipped into the pound. With little confidence inside , the dogs will probably soon grab an opportunity to escape and revolt against humanity. Their revenge will probably soon be merciless. Lili might be alone that can prevent this unexpected warfare between dog and person.
