Wicked City

This animated film can be a dark, adult-oriented thriller. A peace treaty between the Earth and the Black World, a parallel world of aliens is coming to a conclusion. 2 cops Maki, and a man, a female alien, are delegated to protect. A revolutionary number of aliens out of the Black World are out to assassinate the diplomat and prevent the treaty. The bond which forms between the two cops can save the Earth from destruction. Sex is associated with violence in many scenes. This motif is used, although that is intended to play a role. The film is definitely not for kids or anyone easily offended, although the story is more effective.
