Zombie Ass: Toilet of the Dead

Wracked with guilt over the suicide of her husband Ai, that was tormented by high school bullies, pretty young karate student Megu follows a bunch of elderly friends on a camping trip into the woods: smart girl Aya, her druggie boyfriend T-AKE, big-boobed model Maki, along with nerdy Naoi. Things start to go when Maki finds a parasitical worm within a fish that they catch -- and wolfs down it alive, in the expectation it'll help keep her slim! Immediately afterwards, and maybe not therefore unexpectedly in situations similar to this, zombies begin to complicate things and appear. Once they're attached by means of a crowd of poop-covered undead who emerge out of an outhouse toilet, the band seeks refuge at the home of strange Dr. Tanaka along with his daughter Sachi. But unbeknownst to them, Tanaka was conducting the zombies -- and experiments on the parasites! --and has yet another fate in your mind to the five strangers.
