Charlie's Angels
Charlie's Angels is an American crime drama tv show which aired on ABC from September 1976 to June 1981, producing five seasons and 1-10 episodes. The show has been produced by Aaron Spelling and was created by Ivan Goff and Ben Roberts.
It plotted the adventures of three guys working in a private detective agency in Los Angeles, California, also starred Kate Jackson, Farrah Fawcett-Majors, and Jaclyn Smith from the major parts. David Doyle co-starred as a side kick to the three women and John Forsythe and the voice of their boss played. After additions to the cast included Cheryl Ladd, who entered the show season two, Shelley Hack.
Despite mixed reviews from critics and also a standing for only being"Jiggle TV," the series enjoyed an astounding popularity with audiences, also has been a top ten hit for the first few seasons. Because later cast changes were not well-received and people's taste shifted, the series reasoned a five-year run. The show has been a pop and cult culture following through DVD releases syndication, along with film remakes.
