Crossroads
Crossroads is a British television soap opera set at a fictional motel near Birmingham, England. Created by Hazel Adair and Peter Ling, the ITV system broadcast the series between 1988 and 1964. Manufactured by ATV and after by Central it became a byword in the 1970s and early 1980s, specially for affordable production values. Carlton Television in 2001 revived at a glossier version the series, however, was cancelled in 2003.
The initial theme tune especially included in Paul McCartney & Wings on their 1975 album, also was written by Tony Hatch Venus and Mars. A brand new version, that was aired in 1987 if the series had been re launched as Crossroads was written by Raf Ravenscroft along with Max Early.
