Elfen Lied

The Diclonius, a mutant homo sapien selected by God to destroy humanity, has two horns on its head and telekinetic abilities from a "sixth sense." Due to their power, the government has confined them in labs. Lucy, a teenage psychotic Diclonius, escapes and murders most of the lab guards before being shot in the head as she escapes. Two adolescents named Kouta and Yuka discover her on a beach. Having lost her memory, she is named after the only thing she can pronounce, "Nyuu," and allowed to stay at Kouta's house. However, "Lucy" is not yet dead...
