Exposure
Exposure is actually a short film oriented science-fiction anthology series that aired over the Sci-Fi Channel between the years of 2002 and 2000. The series showcased unknown and famous filmmakers' short sci-fi films, giving rise to the own Exposure Studios of the channel. Directed by actress Lisa Marie, the films presented a range of science fiction subject matter. The series received poor ratings and was canceled in the autumn of 2002. The series was initially shown on Saturdays at 10:00pm EST and was repeated the following Saturday at 2:00am EST, later on the time was changed into 11:00pm EST but repeated these Saturday well after mid night, which probably is a significant reason for its poor ratings this series received. The series also had two guest hosts. Terry Farrell could host the"Best of Season One" event and manager Kevin Smith hosted on the"Starwars Short Films Showcase".
The Sci-Fi Channel had struck a bargain with AtomFilms which gave them any one of Atom Movies' new acquisitions' broadcast rights, as well as all science fiction films now for degradation, in their library.
