It was initially created at Victory Studios in Glendale, California by Telepictures Productions in association with Warner Bros.. Tv Distribution. By 1995-2003 it was written by Time-Telepictures tele-vision a merger between Time Magazine and Telepictures. Extra additionally had a spinoff series called Celebrity Justice, that ran from 2002--2005. Extra is among two Warner Bros..
