Great Teacher Onizuka

Onizuka is a former biker and gang leader with one goal in mind: to become the greatest teacher in the world. As an intern teacher, he discovers how to wield power and get respect from his students by utilizing his strength and connections. Now that he has graduated, he is hired by a famous private school to manage a 'problem class' that has caused several teachers to resign in the past. When the troublemakers are some of Japan's brightest students who choose a more cerebral approach to abusing their teacher, he has to deal with a new kind of trouble. Onizuka must gradually win over his students and deal with their suspicion of instructors, all while dealing with his colleagues' mistrust.
