Hawkeye
Stephen J. Cannell is the creator and producer of the television series Hawkeye, which ran for one season in syndication during the 1994–1995 broadcasting year. Vancouver and North Vancouver, both in British Columbia, Canada, were used to film the series. The series, which is based on characters from James Fenimore Cooper's Leatherstocking Tales series of novels, is set in 1755 Hudson Valley, New York, at the height of the French and Indian War. It focuses on Natty Bumppo, the main character, his Native American buddy Chingachgook, Elizabeth Shields, the proprietor of a trading post, as well as various individuals working at or residing close to Fort Bennington.
