Knowing Me Knowing You with Alan Partridge

Knowing Me Knowing You with Alan Partridge is a 1995 BBC series featuring six episodes. It's called after ABBA's title song "Knowing Me, Knowing You." Steve Coogan as Alan Partridge, a Norwich-based imbecile. Alan was a satirical radio show spin-off. Doon Mackichan, Rebecca Front, and David Schneider, who played Alan's weekly guests, contributed to Knowing Me Knowing You. Steve Brown composed and arranged the show's music and played house band leader Glen Ponder. It was a talk show parody. Live audience laughter made it clear that it wasn't a real conversation program. Alan starred in two seasons of I'm Alan Partridge after his marriage and TV career ended.
