Life on Mars

Life on Mars is a science fiction crime drama tv series that originally aired on ABC in October 9, 2008 to April 1, 2009. It is a version of the identical name produced by the BBC's BAFTA-winning original UK series. Kudos Film & Television, 20th Century Fox Television and ABC Studios co-produced the series. The series tells the story of New York City police officers Sam Tyler, that, after getting struck by a vehicle in 2008, regains consciousness in 1973. Fringing between genres, for example police procedural and thriller, science fiction, the series remained ambiguous regarding its plot, with the personality. The series also starred Harvey Keitel, Jonathan Murphy, Michael Imperioli, and Gretchen Mol. Life on Mars gained praise because of its premise, behaving, and depiction of those 1970s but suffered as a result of also a hiatus and its premiere. ABC announced it wouldn't be ordering a second season. A DVD collection of the whole series was released on September 29, 2009.
