Lovers
Lovers is actually just a South Korean tv set starring Kim Jung-eun along with Lee Seo-jin who play a surgeon. It aired on SBS from November 8, 2006 at 21:55 for 20 events on Wednesdays and Thursdays on January 1 1, 2007.
It's the 3rd and last installment of the"Lovers" trilogy by writer Kim Eun Sook and manager Shin Woo-chul. Unlike Lovers in Prague which were partly shot in Europe and also previous installments Lovers in Paris, Lovers filmed on location in China's Hainan Island.
Lovers is based on the Lee Man-hee stage play Turn about and Leave, exactly the identical work that prompted Park Shin-yang along with the 1998 blockbuster film A Promise starring Jeon Do-yeon.
