Masters of Science Fiction

Pros of Science Fiction is an American television anthology Show by the Founders as Masters of Horror. The series debuted on ABC on August 4, 2007 at 10PM to get a run of four incidents. Two episodes were taken out of the program for undisclosed reasons, although it was originally scheduled to perform in six parts. The series follows a similar format with each hour long episode taking the form of a different film adaptation of a story by way of a respected person in the science fiction community, so hence the Pros in the title, as Masters of Horror. In December 2007 , Space picked up the series in Canada. This then enabled the North American premiere of those missing two episodes. A Region 1 DVD of all six episodes was released on August 5, 2008. On February 12, 2012, the Science Channel began airing the episodes, under the title"Stephen Hawking's sci fi Masters", beginning with the earliest domestic airing of the episode"Watchbirds". The series is by physicist Stephen Hawking.
