Men Behaving Badly
Simon Nye created Men Behaving Badly. It follows Gary Strang, Dermot Povey, and Tony Smart. In1992, ITV aired it. There were six series, a Christmas special, and three "last orders" episodes. Series six's last sequence was filmed at Cerne Abbas gigantic in west London. The setting is South London and Surrey, though. Hartswood Films produced the first two seasons for ITV with Thames Television. They helped produce the BBC's third series onward. Men Behaving Badly became popular after being transferred to BBC1's post-watershed slot. 1996 BBC Television's 60th anniversary celebrations rated it the finest sitcom in BBC history. It ranked 16th in BBC2's 2004 Britain's Best Sitcom vote. It won best ITV comedy and the first National Television Award for Situation Comedy.
