No Regrets
No Regrets is just a 2010 TVB Hong Kong television play produced and created by Lee Tim-shing. It originally aired to the Jade and H D Jade networks from 18 to 28 October comprising of 3 2 episodes. The last two episodes were aired back on 28 November 2010. No Regrets is your company part of the award winning play Rosy Business, that was the second most-viewed television play in Hong Kong of 2009. It is one of two TVB productions used to observe the channel anniversary, the other being Gun Metal Grey that were the first Hong Kong dramas.
Place in the late 1930s to late 1940s in Canton, Republic of China during World War II, No Regrets is a epic drama that centers to a family, the Canton police force, and also the occupation of the city. The Chinese title of No Regrets literally translates into"Veiled Heroine, Ruthless Hero: Righteous Sea, Heroic Passion", speaking to the chaotic period of warfare and the complicated relationship shared with the two chief characters, Cheng Kau-mui along with Lau Sing. The play and cast received eleven TVB Anniversary Award nominations. The awards include for Tang Actor for Lai, Best Supporting Actress for Fala Chen, Best Supporting Actor for Mak Cheung-ching, & Most Improved Male Artiste to get Raymond Wong Best Actress. No Regrets gains other awards and achievement, including the first Shanghai Television Festival nomination to get a Hong Kong television play all Mingpao Weekly awards for television programs and two awards for celebrities at Television awards.
