Queen For Seven Days

If you marry a king, you will have a very hard life. Shin Chae Kyung was the daughter of a powerful politician during the Joseon Dynasty. She falls in love with Crown Prince Lee Yuk, who lives under the cruel rule of his half-brother, King Yeon San Gun. When Lee Yuk takes the throne and becomes King Jung Jong, Chae Kyung becomes Queen Dan Kyung. She gets caught in the crossfire of different political groups and the rivalries between the brothers. When Dan Kyung's own father plans a coup against the king, Queen Dan Kyung is dethroned and kicked out of the palace seven days later. What will happen to the love between the king and the queen when they can no longer be together?
