Samurai Pizza Cats

The action takes place in a town that has a Japanese feel to it and is known as "Little Tokyo." Here, the Pizza Cats operate a pizza fast food business. Little Tokyo is home to a diverse collection of animal species. The Emperor is technically the governor of the town, but due to the fact that he has lost his mind, a council is in charge of looking out for the interests of the hamlet. There is a person on this council by the name of Seymour "Big" Cheese, and he has been harboring the covert ambition of seizing all power in the community. The pizza takeaway restaurant that they own and operate is just a front for their real work... The Pizza Cats are propelled towards the direction of any impending danger by a clock tower in the shape of a gun that arises from the roof of their restaurant. This happens whenever something bad is about to happen.
