Vasily, a modest and meek instructor, is captured on camera ranting about his country's dire predicament. It becomes a viral sensation when a student uploads the video to Youtube. Everyone admires Vasily's fury, and money is raised for a presidential campaign. He comes out on top! Vasily's new life as president is followed by Servant of the People; he has no desire to change; he wants to continue living in his flat with his parents, borrowing money from his friends at the end of the month, and riding his bike to work; the only difference is that now his work is as the country's most powerful man.
