Siege in Fog

An arrogant third master of a strong family falls in love at first sight with a beautiful young maiden and employs every conceivable means to demand her hand in marriage, despite the fact that she has a crush on another guy. In the beginning of a forced marriage, she resents him and rejects all of his advances and displays of affection, but their love story evolves gradually after overcoming barriers in times of war and turmoil. However, complications arise when her ex-lover reappears and becomes her husband's assistant. The novel by Fei Wo Si Cun has been adapted into a screenplay.
