Slayers

Slayers follows the exploits of the young sorceress Lina Inverse, whose entire life revolves around treasure, food, and also fighting. After stealing treasure from a team of bandits, Lina is accosted by stragglers throughout her journey to the town. She's not in any real danger, but a swordsman named Gourry Gabriev springs into her rescue anyways. The two head to Atlas City, fighting with foes they strike on the way, and team up. Unbeknownst to Lina and Gourry however, two mysterious characters are hot in the tail, and they are particularly interested in the"treasure" Lina and Gourry possess murdered.
