The City
The City is an American reality television series which aired in December 29, 2008 until July 1 3, 2010. Developed whilst the spin-off of The Hills, the series focused on the professional and personal lives of several women residing in New York City, nyc and introduced two seasons. Adam DiVello conceived its premise, while Liz Gateley served as the executive producer.
Whitney Port, that appeared in its predecessor, since she began employment was originally focused on by the series. Additionally, it placed increased exposure of her behalf workplace rival Olivia Palermo,'' Port's boyfriend Jay Lyon, his room mate Adam Senn, along with her friend Erin Lucas. Port's room mate Roxy Olin and Palermo's enemy Erin Kaplan substituted the latter three to its second half the very first season.
The town was less successful compared to the Hills, and received reviews by critics. Like its predecessor, the series was criticized for appearing to fabricate much of its narrative, also tending towards a narrative format more commonly seen in genres including soap operas. All seasons have been distributed by the series .
