The Comeback

The show initially follows Valerie Cherish (Kudrow), a veteran sitcom celebrity who has been from the spotlight for at least a decade, since she attempts at 2005 to come back to the industry that made her famous. Valerie lands a role however, struggles of being an aging, even non-influential actor in a Hollywood, while her every move ahead and away from the set is being documented for a companion reality show with the matter. She's cast within a HBO series entitled Seeing Red, which chronicles the livelihood of their sit com writer/producer who tormented her when the cameras catch up with Valerie at 2014.
