Lightning strikes CSI Investigator Barry Allen, after a freak storm is caused by a particle accelerator and falls into a coma. He awakens with the strength of super speed, granting the power to proceed through Central City like an undercover guardian angel to him. Though initially excited by his newfound powers, Barry is shocked to discover he is not the sole real"meta human" that was born in the wake of the accelerator burst -- and not everybody is with their new powers for good.
