The New People

The newest People is a short lived 1969 tv series on ABC that centered on a group of college students who were returning from a trip in Southeast Asia in which their plane crashed on an island in the Pacific Ocean. The crash killed several of the college students, and all but one of the adults, that was injured and later died. The students that are living have been the only human life staying on the staircase. The island was odd because it had been built up as a site for a possible test that never happened, leaving all of supplies and the buildings for usage by the natives.
