The Slave Hunters

The Slave Hunters is a 2010 South Korean action historical drama about a slave hunter who is following down a general-turned-runaway slave while also looking for the woman he loves. It aired on KBS2 on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 21:55 for 24 episodes from January 6 to March25, 2010. The series was physically and intellectually engaging to spectators because to a good showing of strong brawn, intricate yet realistic action scenes, bawdy humor, and poetic moments of tragedy and humanity. The usage of a Red One camera gave each shot a theater-worthy sheen, according to critics. The popular show led the ratings chart for seven weeks in a row, averaging 31.7 percent and peaking at 35.9%. The KBS Drama Awards and the Seoul International Drama Awards both recognized the series. For his work, Jang was nominated for an International Emmy Award for Best Actor in a Drama Series in 2011.
