The X Factor
The X Factor is a Australian television reality music competition, centered on the original UK show, to come across fresh singing capacity. The show's very first set was aired from February to May, however, as the second show it's been broadcast until the grand final in November from July/August. FremantleMedia Australia produces the X Factor, and is broadcast on the Seven Network. The name"xfactor" describes a singing ability that can be"unique" and"something" which makes for celebrity caliber. Network Ten held rights to The xfactor at 2005, but dropped the show. This season, the Seven Network went right into a"bidding war" to gain rights to the show, also won and another series moved to production. After a Australian Idol was broadcast through Network Ten, the X Factor was renewed. It is also broadcast in New Zealand on TV3. Two chain of The Xtra Factor were aired through Network Ten in 2010 in 7Two and 2005. The show wasn't renewed for another show in 2011.
The judging panel lineup in 2005 contained Mark Holden, Kate Ceberano, and John Reid. When the show was revived this season, Ronan Keating, Guy Sebastian, Natalie Imbruglia, and Kyle Sandilands replaced the panel. Melanie Brown and Natalie Bassingthwaighte didn't go back for string three and replaced Sandilands and imbruglia. Dannii Minogue and Redfoo joined the panel as replacements for Brown and Sebastian in the fifth series. Throughout the inaugural audition stages of this xfactor, originally the contestants staged within a"dinning room" in front of simply the Warriors, however, in the show two onwards most auditionees sing on stage in a stadium, in front of the judges and a live audience. The successful acts then progress to the next stage of this competition,"bootcamp" and later"home visits", where in fact the judges narrow their category down to three acts who'll keep on to the concert events, where the public vote for their preferred act, after weekly performances by the contestants.
