Time Team

Time Team is just actually a television series that continues to be aired in 1994 in Channel 4. Presented by actor Tony Robinson and created by television producer Tim Taylor, each episode featured a team of specialists carrying out an archaeological dig with Robinson explaining the process in layman's terms. This team of specialists changed through the series' conduct, but has always included professional archaeologists like Carenza Lewis, Mick Aston, Francis Pryor and Phil Harding. The sites excavated over the series of the show have ranged in date to the next World War. In October 2012 Channel 4 announced that the final series could be broadcast at 2013. Series 20 was first screened January--March 2013 and a number of specials are supposed to be screened into 2014.
