Warrior Baek Dong Soo

Ji Chang-wook, Yoo Seung-ho, Yoon So-yi, Shin Hyun-bin, Choi Min-soo, and Jun Kwang-ryul star in the 2011 South Korean historical/action TV show Warrior Baek Dong-soo. It was on SBS on Mondays and Tuesdays at 21:55 from July 4 to October 10, 2011. There were 29 episodes. The series is based on Lee Jae-2010 heon's comic Honorable Baek Dong-soo, which tells the story of how historical figure Baek Dong-soo became a swordsman and folk hero in Joseon. King Jeongjo asked three people to write the important martial arts book Muyedobotongji. One of the three authors was Baek. Set against the political maneuverings of different groups in Joseon, including those led by King Jeongjo, the Qing ambassador, the Japanese swordsman Kenzo, and the assassin's guild Heuksa Chorong, the series is a coming-of-age story about brotherhood, friendship, loyalty, and honor.
