Sobibor
The film is based on a real story that happened in 1943. The principal character of the movie is the Soviet-Jewish soldier Alexander Pechersky, who at the time served in the Red Army. In October 1943, he was captured by the Nazis and deported into the Sobibor concentration camp. However, in only 3 weeks, Alexander was in a position to plan a uprising of offenders from Poland and Western Europe. This uprising triggered being the one all through the war, which led to the escape of prisoners from the Nazi concentration camp.
